Megan founded Hammer Graphic Design to help clients develop strong brands with clear messaging. She works with clients to create a consistent brand experience at every point of contact to create deep and lasting customer relationships. Her agency experience is strong and varied, working with some of the world’s greatest brands in the areas of advertising, promotions, direct marketing and public relations. As an account supervisor, she helped to create media relations programs for Deloitte & Touche Consulting Group, cutting edge promotions packages for IBM's Server Group and fresh and memorable print and broadcast advertising for Nabisco, Kraft Foods, ConAgra, The New England Aquarium, Hershey's, and Tetley Tea. A graduate of Connecticut College in New London, Megan currently lives in Boca Raton, Florida.

Kica has been a designer at Hammer Graphic Design since 2015. She loves seeing the brand evolve from an idea to realization across all marketing applications. After 14 years in Los Angeles working in the movie industry designing games and websites for Disney, Dreamworks, Sony and other studios, she still brings that excitement and cutting edge into her present work.
With a degree in advertising from PUC, Brazil and in Graphic Design and Computer Graphics from UCLA, Kica now lives in Boca Raton, Florida.
